Bubble baths and .... Candles
A friend called yesterday afternoon, wanting to go out. Her boyfriend was off on some sporting event and she didn't feel like staying home. I declined. She waited late and I had a bubble bath brewing.
I had every candle that I own in the bathroom. A glass of wine waiting patiently for me to drink it. And my slow (belly) dance CD on. I realize to some that my choice in music is strange for a bubble bath, but once you get used to Middle East dance music well...you become a big fan. When I dance I am relaxed, so naturally my choice of music reflects that.
I stayed in the tub until the water grew cold and my fingers and toes were as shriveled prunes. Blissful Heaven! Bubble baths should be mandatory.
