Questions? and I have the answers

Ah... Blogger has a new look on it's posting page.
Speaking of posting...er publishing... Publish America emailed me the author questionairre today. That means that I'll be busy putting the final touches on my poetry book, adding or subtracting poems, etc.

My main question is ....do I submit a photo for the back cover? Should I get Dad to take one of me or use something I've got?
